Midwest Industrial Coatings provides Abrasion Resistant Coatings for use in tough environments such as aggregate, concrete, manufacturing and mining facilities.

Abrasion resistant coatings, such as Rhino Linings’ Tuff Stuff® prolongs the life of the equipment, such as hoppers, conveyors and chutes that are subjected to literally tons of materials on an hourly basis every day.

We can coat equipment in two colors, which will allow for a wear indicator. Like in the sample to the right, when the machine operator notices the RED coating showing through the black, it's time to have the coating reapplied.

In addition to cost and time saving, the coatings absorb the impact of the materials, reducing the decibel levels of the work area. This is another safety consideration.
